Introducing Our New Planning Experiences at Katie Taylor Events

At Katie Taylor Events, every decision we make is guided by one simple goal: creating an exceptional experience for our couples. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of planning beautiful celebrations across Montana, the US, Europe and the UK. Through this experience, we’ve learned that no two couples begin their planning journey in exactly the same place.

Some are just starting to dream about their wedding day, while others have already secured their venue and vendor team and are ready for expert guidance to bring everything together.

With that in mind, we’re excited to introduce a refined approach to how we serve our clients.

Rather than traditional packages, we now offer three thoughtfully designed levels of service that allow us to meet couples wherever they are in the planning process while maintaining the high level of care and expertise Katie Taylor Events is known for.

Full Service Planning

Our Full Service Planning experience is designed for couples who want a trusted partner guiding every step of the journey. Working directly with lead planner Katie Taylor, couples receive comprehensive planning support from the earliest ideas through the wedding weekend itself. This includes venue and vendor curation, design direction, timeline development, and full production oversight.

The goal is simple: to transform your vision into a celebration that feels deeply personal, beautifully designed, and effortlessly executed.

For couples who want a seamless planning experience and a wedding that feels truly tailored to them, Full Service Planning provides the highest level of support.

Guided Planning

Our Guided Planning service was created for couples who have already begun planning but want professional guidance to ensure everything comes together beautifully.

Often these couples have already secured their venue and most of their vendor team. Guided Planning allows Katie to step in and help refine the design, finalize the details, develop the timeline, and coordinate logistics as the wedding approaches.

Because much of the groundwork has already been completed, this service requires fewer planning hours than Full Service Planning and is offered to a limited number of couples each year. It’s the perfect balance of independence and professional expertise.

Planning Consultation

For couples seeking focused guidance, we also offer Planning Consultations.

These hourly sessions provide direct access to Katie’s expertise and are ideal for couples who want help with specific aspects of planning such as budgeting, vendor selection, timeline development, or design direction.

Planning Consultations allow couples to gain professional insight while maintaining flexibility in how they approach their planning journey.

By moving away from traditional packages and introducing these three planning experiences, we’re able to offer clearer guidance, more personalized support, and a planning process that truly reflects where each couple is in their journey.
