DO YOU PLAN DESTINATION WEDDINGS?
Absolutely! We specialize in destination weddings and have extensive experience creating seamless celebrations across the US and internationally. We have planned weddings in some of the world's most breathtaking locations. Travel fees for destination weddings are discussed upfront and designed to be transparent and fair. Have passport, will travel!
WHAT IS THE TYPICAL BUDGET RANGE FOR YOUR SERVICES?
Our luxury planning service caters primarily to couples with the overall wedding budgets of $50,000+. We understand the intricacies, logistics and management high-end weddings and events require and deserve so we can focus on working to get you the most value for your investment.
DO YOU OFFER SERVICES FOR DIFFERENT BUDGET LEVELS?
We provide Hourly Consultation and Just the Day levels of service, expertly managed by Katie herself. Just the Day is for couples who have taken on planning themselves and would like professional oversight. This service begins the moment you book, unlike a traditional "day-of coordinator," who steps in the weeks before your event.

HOW DO YOU ENSURE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION?
Clear and consistent communication is vital to our planning process. We utilize a combination of in-person meetings, phone calls and digital tools to keep you informed and involved every step of the way.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
We recommend securing your date as early as possible, particularly for Truly Taylored, at least 12-15 months in advance depending on your location and wedding date. Just the Day services should be booked at least 9-12 months in advance as we only take a certain number of clients per year.
CAN YOU ASSIST WITH PRE- AND POST WEDDING EVENTS?
Our bespoke services include all wedding-related events including welcome dinners and post-wedding brunches for a cohesive, curated and stress-free experience for you, your loved ones and your guests.
