Our services are best suited for couples with overall budgets beginning at $50,000 and above. These celebrations include thoughtful design, multiple vendors and elevated guest experiences. Our role is to guide you through each decision while ensuring your investment is allocated intentionally.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
We recommend reserving your date 12-18 months in advance, particularly for Full Service Planning. Because we take a limited number of weddings per each year, securing your date early ensures the highest level of attention & support.
DO YOU OFFER DIFFERENT LEVELS OF PLANNING SUPPORT?
Yes. We offer Full Service Planning, Guided Planning & Planning Consultations to meet couples wherever they are in their planning journey. Each level provides the expertise and support needed to create a seamless and beautifully executed celebration.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FULL SERVICE PLANNING & GUIDED PLANNING?
Full Service Planning provides comprehensive support from the earliest planning stages to the final sendoff. Guided Planning is designed for couples who have already secured their venue & most of their vendor team and want professional guidance & coordination to bring everything together seamlessly.

Yes. Katie Taylor Events plans weddings and multi-day celebrations throughout Montana, across the U.S. & Internationally. We manage the planning, logistics & vendor coordination required to create a seamless destination wedding experience for you and your guests.
