Just The Day
Hourly Consultation
You’re in the planning process and you’re feeling like you need some help. Cue Katie Taylor Events. I’ll drop in to answer any questions you have or address any issues you’re facing that need resolution and be a set of professional eyes in our hourly consultation service. | 2 hour minimum | $100 per hour | Multiple sessions available
Just The Day+
This is our most popular level of service and support. For the couple who can oversee the details and has done most of the leg work. For the couple who wants more help and more support to get the ball over the finish line and someone around on the wedding day to make sure things run smoothly and calmly so you can relax. This package includes more planning time with extra services including vendor research and attending vendor meetings just to name a few.
Truly Taylored
From concept to completion. The creme-de-la-creme. This is our most comprehensive package and is for the couple who needs the hands-on professional help of a wedding planner from beginning to end. Services include vendor selection, budgeting, tracking RSVPs and more. This level of service is taken on a case-by-case basis so we can ensure we’ve devoted our full attention to support you through the planning process and on the day of your wedding.
DIY Consultation
You’ve got a super organized, relaxed and reliable loved one who has stepped up to be your Day-of Coordinator. This person is well intentioned and will be all in on your wedding day. Together we’ll step through the hard work you’ve already done and we’ll make suggestions to shape up what needs attention, what’s working, and what isn’t so you and yours enjoy one of the biggest moments of your lives. | 2 hour minimum | $100 per hour | Multiple sessions available
